my torque curve stays level all the way to 7000rpm :D drops at 7200rpm though. I believe thats quite high for a valver.

Hi ben - unfortunatly i can help with only no.3 The click you are hearing i think is the release valve on the power steering and nothing to worry about, mine also does it on full lock. i may be wrong though...lol

the standard ride hight of the 16v and willy seem so high now! Im so used to my lowish valver its strange looking at other std ones!
