Unless you've modified it a lot, just get the RSTuner (have a search on here, covered more times than you can count) map, will cost you much less than a live map.
It will improve low end, slightly raise the rev limit, improve idle at first start and other things. :].
100% the best mod you can...
Ahh, that's better.
Looking at the pics, that is the same arch gap all the way around (front picture) - which was the same as my Clio when it had Eibach Sportlines, I believe they give a 25-35mm drop - so there's your answer :).
Probably if you had more stuff done to it, but I doubt you'd feel the benefit on a stock/near stock 1*2, Chip-mk1 would probably better answer that though!
You can pick up a second-hand RSTuner for £90-110 (and sell it on for the same price), but you need to pay for Unlocking the device (per car, around 48 euro), and then pay for the map (i think it was around 40 euro or something).
Itll cost maybe £80-100, or less if you can find someone who can...
Definitely, cant remember how many times mine was applied but I still have around 1/3 left of the 100ml bottle!
It's diluted 1:4 so you get a decent amount from it - so as Gally says if you have a good sprayer you won't really use that much.
I've used it, as far as I remember it lasted for a good few months, don't remember exactly how long.
Best bit was application, so easy to use! I didn't bother putting anything on top of it, but for prep had the usual wash and clay etc.
Tempted to use it again instead of this CQUK I have, as I...
It's lowered way more than that ^^^^^ if the arch gap from the RIM to the arch is only an inch or half an inch!
Get pics, will help.
Probably 60-80mm lowered.
Wheels are shockingly bad. Splitter looks ok on the Yellow as it suits the bodywork and two-tone colours, black one just looks s**t.
But then as the saying goes, you can't polish a turd, still can't get on with the looks of these.
Ok yeah that is a good shout actually, Tripple did seem to work, just took forever by hand - so we'll see come the weekend (if the weather is ok). If not, then I'll see how the 205 does.
Because the only way to get this CQUK off is to polish it out (as recommended by them), and hand-polishing it took way too long. They also said if removing after 48hr then machine polish is definitely the way to go.
As for cleansing, not sure, but they said polish for sure, here's the email...
Quick question - got my DAS-6 PRO with Meg's 105 and 205 - now as it's a new car there's basically no marks on it, just a case of me wanting to remove a ceramic sealant and reapplication - I presume I'm good to just 205 it? 105 seems a little abrasive to use when it's swirlfree :).
If that's...
Surely if you're applying C2v3 you wouldn't apply Tripple/Wax before, and certainly only then apply Wax after?
May tripple if you were polishing it, but then you'd just use a normal polish?
A good thing to check - usual crash damage on the front would mean the black inserts on the bumpers at the top are usually taken off/sprayed over - so check those are still there :)
Here's a quick example:
Most 182's in a normal service plan won't have had the 2nd lot of belts done yet - they'd be due next year generally (05's being done every 5 years = 2015 for their 2nd cambelt), so finding one that has had them done maybe harder. In that sense, if it hasn't been done, as long as you factor in...
