Renault, as with pretty much anything "these days," just seems to depend on who you talk to. There's been people on here who've been told "I'm sorry sir but you must be mistaken, the clio never came with a 2.0L engine" likewise my local Renault have always been fine. And if they didn't know of...
Glad you found it fun - but this won't end well if you treat it as s***e as you treat your other cars.
The engines and gearboxes - are you blind (rev counter, lights) and deaf (loud noises)?
Unless you've got serious pads & s***e fluid it'd be very odd for brake fluid to boil before the pads glaze over. Your description does however match up with pretty much all other descriptions of boilding brake fluid.
Are we talking road or track (I assume track naturally, but you never know)...
Where abouts in the country are you? Up north £2400 seems to get you something perfectly ok, but on the south coast even the digustingly chavvy modified 172s with dodgy history start at £2400.
Sort of answered it yourself. "Realistically" there is absolutely/exactly/precisely/catagorically/etc a 0.25 inch difference. This is just over half a centimeter. IMO this is nothing. Exhaust choice then comes down to noise (Some sound boomy like the Ktec super sport, decats etc and some sound...
That is "suspension" as in suspending your cover for a month if you're on an extended holiday etc. Some policies allow you a grace period of some sort, suspend your cover for a month and you don't have to pay for that month.
It is not "benefits for having standards shocks and springs."
You may want to have a serious look at Solidworks, especially if you're venturing into 3D. It's an absolute doddle to use, and that's compared to anything not just conventional command-based packages like AutoCAD, and still extremely powerful. If you're serious I do recall Solidworks 2013 will...
They're £8.12 +VAT or something random (comes in at £11/12 basically) from any skoda dealership. You can even order them online from skodaparts.
You want a standard Skoda Fabia VRS splitter. The ones from Renault/Ktec are circa £100+
YES. Annoying, isn't it.
The A34 is 40 minutes of hills and troughs.
Endless "get overtaken by Focus/C4/Transit or poverty spec BMW/Audi/VW who didn't spec cruise control because they only wanted the badge" whilst going downhill before endless "overtaking said car which is now doing 60mph at...
Roof actually looks ok? Rear "valance" looks ok (someone on here had a white 182 with a fake gloss black valance, looked vood?) TBF bonnet is interesting, but no thank you.
I see it's got the usual 30HP exhaust and remap.
"CS never forgets" style comment. Though ironically CS does appear to have forgetten. Admittedly "Mk6 Zetec S is the biggest chav chariot eva!!11!11!" hasn't been said quite as much as "best cash price?"
Interesting to hear they handle so well. Also interesting to see they're group 17...
I got my info from here (not saying you're lying or that I'm right, just saying it apparantly came direct from Renaultsport):
Which can be found here: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?86828-Group-N-ecu-email-from-renaultsport&highlight=group+ecu
Have you read your policy document? Mine explicity states that the market value is from an independant dealer based on mileage, age and visible condition. Discussion later revealed that optional extras, colour and service history are not accepted as reasons for altering a car (In the case of CS...
Well, if you take care of it you sort of can.
Granted, you can NEVER get rid of anything but you can be sensible. Uninstall things you never use, keep a very sharp eye on your startup programs, use a "clean up" program regularly?
(doesn't have to be one of the ones that eats your registry...
Edit: Nevermind, you've got a PH1.
For any people stumbling across this topic in 2016 wanting to remove a PH2 bumper... http://www.cliosport.net/content/guides/fubar/bumper_guide.pdf
Careful wording ftw. Obviously illegal when used in this context but the automated helpline that dishes out new product keys all seemed a bit too easy when I had to do it (though maybe it's just well designed - I've never used it in an illegal way)
Who knows, maybe it's a premium number & they...
Aimed at Fred, Matt, Chip etc: How repeatable are back-to-back dyno results? Engines still get significantly warm even with 120 CFM, if you're taking static readings at a certain RPM etc then you always need to wait a minute or two for the thing to settle down once you've demanded a new TP &...
Entirely and utterly incorrect :rasp:
You CAN do a clean install with an upgrade disc. Completely legal/proper. No work arounds/hacks etc. Pop the disc in and choose "advanced options" instead of "upgrade" (which is basically useless anyway as this only works with certain versions, i.e. Vista...
