So this is as good as I think I can get.
Ford moondust silver over a black undercoat with dark anthracite decals. I think it’s pretty much bang on as close to the OEM 182 gear knob insert as I can get.
Still not convinced on the new gear knob top. It doesn’t feel quite right with the embossed letters. So playing with silvers to try and replicate the OEM Renault shade for the 182.
I’ll add a decal to this and lacquer it in.
LMAO, sorry mate, not going down that route. Shes great, however the car is crap.
Built on the same line as the last generation Ford KA (yes it was built on the Fiat line) its deffo up there with one of the worst ive driven.
My motherinlaw has an Abarth and its absolute toilet. Crap ride, poor steering, awful handling, poor seats, gutless engine and crap build quality.
Id go as far as saying its one of the worst newer cars ive driven.
Style over substance, as without doubt its a great looker in the pearl white with...

Tonight’s job,
Update the exhaust brackets with some newly fabricated stainless items and fit the PhillipM honeycomb exhaust Bush.
The mounts are a known point for corrosion and are NLA from Renault. When they were available they were apparently £110 a piece and the 182 needs a pair of them...
I've already bought new Cup dampers which are waiting to go on. I thought if i make that decision quick then i wont be tempted to stray. Yeecups car does look the absolute business though i have to say.
The R needs tyres, so they would have to wait anyway :D
Ladies & gents,
Anyone know of any deals on some new Cup2s going at the moment? Mine are on their way out for road use.
Black Circles is the best I've found so far:

Never had an issue with NS2Rs in the wet, surprisingly good in my experience, far better than expected. Just drive to the conditions.
Daily drove them for 4 or 5 sets when i first had the car.
Want s**t in the wet, try a Michelin Cup2. :D
Best all round street tyre in the sizes available is...
Seen this young lady twice recently now. Driving a black 1*2 with a pair of bucket seats in. Drivers seat is of head restraint design.
Pretty girl, cool car, what’s not to like?
Today’s fix - Climate control
In the early days of having the car back, one day I put the heater on high in the morning and when attempted to drop the temp as the cabin warmed up it strangely continued to chuck out hot air. Even with the AC on full and previously the AC was ice cold.
Oddly...
Lol, I should shouldn't I.
Its a bit tongue in cheek but kinda like stuff like that. If it ever comes available, id like to buy D13PPE as a registration :D
