I have this too, although with a Quaife diff. Like a slight rattle every now and again. Can only really hear it if you go to the nearside wheel. It's been fine for 4 years now so nothing serious. I'm assuming it's the release bearing too.

If it didn't have the roll centre kit on I'd say it would definitely need a bit of toe out. But it might be alright as it is with the kit on. It'll feel a lot better than previously anyway 😂

Spray brake cleaner around that area and see when it stops. The inlet/throttle is under vacuum on idle so that's why you hear it whistling as it's pulling air through a small leak.

Was going to say you need pipe grips. Ones that grip tighter the more force you put on.

Yeah, just remove all of this (in red) with some pipe grips and might need some heat. And screw this in with ptfe tape.

That's just rubber pick-up, nothing to worry about.

You'll want at least 5mm on them. When they get down to 2-3mm they're done. They just don't work as good, can't take the heat in my experience.

No competition belt as such but Pure Motorsport sell a race version of the cambelt kit which eliminates the plastic tensioner/idler pulleys. Not recommended for the road as the belt tension is manually set and needs checking regularly.

Yeah it will push back through. Give it a good whack, just don't roll the end of the threads over. Use a bit of wood or a copper mallet.
