Just go for the cheap ones. They're only a bit of plastic Plus they always melt on track so cheaper the better cos you might be buying a few sets!

Dont use Hammerite It will melt and bubble and look poo the first time you use the brakes even remotely hard Jon

I've got the torx Matt but is there a special puller required for the gears? Or will any sort of puller do the trick? And that must be the way to do it then Chip, if you put a Quaife in it though would that change it again as you said it is the diff that raises the gears?

UPDATE: Knowing my gearbox had a nasty crunch whilst changing at high revs, I decided to source a new 'box as the Bedford trackday was fast fast approaching. I didn't fancy the idea of having an issue on the day so thought I'd tackle the problem by not only getting a new 'box but also giving it...
