just wondering if any one knows the calculations used to figure out if i would be over speeding the charger
and wondering what size everyone is using?
i have a c30-94 with an 80mm pulley fitted
rev limit would be around 7500rpm
i am fairly sure being so small it will be over speeding by a...

thats the stuff i use, years worth of the stuff for around a £12 posted
years worth of the stuff as apposed to a 75ml bottle

So just opened the head up for re-assembly
seems to be some bits missing .........f#%k sake
best be getting on the phone then

not to sure who owns the pic chip, i will be going single throttle as it will be a lot easier to map ect
im now drafted down to poole with dewis so im sure we will sort something soon

Finally managed to get the head done
It needed all the valve guides replacing ........£££
fitted with the supertech valves and springs
cost far more than i was expecting, but at least i now have an almost spankers new head as a base line to start from...

There is many a place on your side of the wirral to clean injectors dan
bloke i took mine to done it there and then took about 25 minutes

the damage looks minimal on the pistons, as long as the bores underneath are ok i would re use them
although may run the risk of being a crack you cant see with the eye in the pistons
may also be cheaper to buy a good second hand head, than refurb yours but that depends on how much damage

although started on sorting my inlet out, had a rough idea of what i wanted
