over speeding supercharger, pulley size

just wondering if any one knows the calculations used to figure out if i would be over speeding the charger

and wondering what size everyone is using?

i have a c30-94 with an 80mm pulley fitted

rev limit would be around 7500rpm

i am fairly sure being so small it will be over speeding by a fair bit, and i do not really want to be replacing chargers every year.....££££

With an 80mm pulley you'll reach its maximum rpm @ ~6700.

Max rpm is 7300rpm on the 85 iirc.

cost to get the pulley changed from tts = £30+vat as its brand new if it was a used pulley £73+vat
