48mpg at 45mph in 5th gear for 12 miles down the m4 in the 172 this morning :D .. 32/38mpg when spirited driving is involved :cool:

Nice! :cool: , would love the turbo conversion on mine :evil: , but i love the performance/ fuel economy ratio at the moment with optimax being £1.27 round here :mad:

No worrys on the dash side of things, have carbon fibre dials to fit so its all gotta come off :dapprove:, not fussed for an amp/sub, never been a big fan of them, just like a nice bit of base with clear vocals :cool: Is £70 the going rate for them then?

Looking to upgrade the speakers in my PH2 172, standards are good but could be better, how do you rate the above? there ment to be a direct fit, bare in mind i'm going with light weight on mine so have no plans for a sub/amp etc would just plan to use these, & remove the rear speakers, sound...

Just spent another afternoon outside trying to fit my new de-cat, last night i got the old one off, lamba sensors installed then had a go at re-fitting.. failed... tried re-fitting again tonight, out side in the rain :dapprove: .. failed again... i just cant get it to line up so theres enough...

Couz its not too bad to do your self mate, new rocker cover gasket & feeler guage & your away!

Its very tough to make good profit from it from what i've heard, do a few swirl-removal & light scuff removals myself when i'm not working, brings in more £££ than my valeting side, bare in mind 65% of the time the weather is shite in the uK which will obviouslly slow buisness down.. also...
