you want to be carfull here, length is critical to mid range torque on this engine (we have done ALOT of testing)
you can run shorter than the current Jenvey kit, but will loose mid range torque, but it wont effect the top end numbers.
you really need to pop it on a dyno and see what lengths...
if the ECU has auto zero set for TPS, you wont need to calibrate it
as Craige says, it likely to be too lean...
have you a narrow band lambda connected?
if so you can see what the fueling is doing at idle...., but add some more fuel....
you really do need a lambda reader to get this...
were all the followers and lifters checked,
it looks like 1 valve is pressing hard on the lobe causing fatigue
are the bearings blued around it?
have the installed length of the valves been checked?

330cc is a good size, I am still looking for a decent spray pattern for 330cc in a Siemens applicatiom (all be it I havnt put alot of time into it so far)
IPW043 was about 60% (ish) duty on a 230bhp engine.
For those that may have sent an email and not had a reply please make sure the email is sent to info@k-tecracing.com . This is my personal email address and every single email received is replied to with 2-3 days without fail, even at weekends an bank holidays.

ok, for the turbo conversion you need the Siemens Deka 480CC items that are available via us... (aka the Megane 225 injectors), these are ok boosted upto approx 300bhp.
the IPW069 are the same CC/min but have the single spray...
for ITB's you dont need larger injecotors on a std engine, unless...
If you have the superstealth we can just supply you the recessed rear silencer and tailpipe trim.
If this is of interest please give me a call on 01202 820800 and I can give you some prices.

The combined weight saving of ditching the AC system and putting the CUP AC delete kit on is 10kg
ITB's are lighter than the std inlet system, although I have never weighed them to know the numbers.
Our dump valve kit will fit both the Twingo GT and Clio TCE. We now supply the kit with a set of 3 different springs so the valve can be tailored to you car as for some reason the TCE fitment requires a softer spring in order to make more of a noise, hence the extra springs in the new kit. ;)...
Hi Ben,
We had a few issues with our carbon manufacturer not being able to get the mould spot on so we have stopped dealing with them. We are now working with a new company who have just made a Megane carbon spoiler for us and it is superb.
The 197 spoiler end plates will be in stock in a...
Wing ends in carbon will be in stock in 2-3 weeks and I have a duffuser at a new carbon manufacturer with a view to a production item coming very soon.
Coilovers are one of the next things we will be looking into as well.

surface doesnt want to be "smooth" persay... it needs to have a finish that disturbs the air going over it, that inturn creates a perfect surface for the fast air in teh middle (rather like a golf ball)
the shape however wants to be as un onstructed as possible

You will get some large changes at times from different airboxes
especially if there are induction hoses like the std ones..
these can be seen by the engine as tuned length, and effect where how much the peak torque is
std 182 for e.g, if you remove the elbow it will increase low to mid...
