gets emissions to settle down, some just fly through others need a bit of messing with. without knowing or looking at live data for lambda sensor i'd guess possibly 200 cell cat and cams not helping.
the rubber ring is normally floppy in the housing, get it out and get a loads of silicone etc at the top of the housing and around where it sits. fit it back in and get some more silicone in if you can, next bit you need an extra circlip, fit one but instead of letting it fit in the groove go...
pretty common, looks like it's a manufacturing issue, generally looks like someone has almost cut through it. surprising how many different makes have similar wiring issues.
