Why not buy new switches? There are little push-to-make red toggle switches in maplin.

you could just get a cheap cone filter and a bit of piping to get it away from the heat if you want some more noise out the car.

yes ITBs are a standalone job, you'd normally need to get some pretty darn gucci management to get DBW working. Although i thought i heard someone say that emerald would run it?? not sure on that'n

Looks like the board has that waxy protective coating that they put on PCBs sometimes. Shame, fixing it may be a little tricky.

that's how the fuel regulator works. how else is it going to maintain a pressure in the rail? It opens at a certain pressure and lets fuel back down the return.
