timing is a bit off, i'd be more concerned about the silicone on the cam cover and breather plate. pull the sump and check the oil pick up, probably bits of silicone in it.
Yeah, thought he'd ran them on a standard head as well? Could be wrong though and wouldn't of been on standard inlet if that was the case.
Are you running standard inlet or bodies?
Hard to tell from a phone video but at first it's got the classic waterpump sound but as that's been replaced anything aux driven, easy enough to drop the belt and run it for a couple of seconds and see if it goes or have a poke and listen with a long screwdriver.

need to look at the lambda and see how it's switching, range and frequency of it. or if it's done over about 80,000 miles you may as well just bin it and stick a new one on, think the recommended life by bosch is 90,000 miles?
