To fit a 172 bumper to my Ph1 do i need the wings aswell or will my standard wings be ok? need to know ASAP!

Iv managed to source a Pearl Black (I think...) Ph1 172 front bumer Just wondering how much i should be paying for it?

I recently bought some dual optics got them all wired up... 1st of my problems is the light from them is shockingly bad, so im thinking of gettin some higher watt bulbs to improve this... 2nd problem is the way i have them wired up, when i change to Main Beam the Dipped Beam goes off, now...
