Oh yeah didnt realise that its the Staines Masif time of the month meet! :)
And yeah get on with gettting these runs sorted Ollie, wana be able to give the potential new car a run through its paces ;)
Mate has a 1.2 Turbo twingo for a short while, he got it mapped by BBPT at the time and I remember him telling me that the injectors were running full potential/maxed out!
The difference between the 2 Goodyears I believe is just the tread, think the GSD2 is also the old version to the GSD3... Dont quote me on that though.
The Hankooks come in a 205/45/16, I got mine from BlackCircles but after I bought mine I heard you can get them from Camskill for cheap!
I'll second that, got them all round on my car and have performed really well in all weathers, even in the snow. Quite a stiff sidewall also which is great if you like a bit of spirited driving.
Previous to these I had Goodyear GSD3's and they were good in the dry, but wore quickly and the...
I reckon some silver Ultraleggeras would look ace on it tbh! Guess whos got a set of them! ;) Without sounding horrible Vish but I think to pull of red you'd have to do a few other lairy things to it, and atm it looks just right!
I reckon with them wheels vish you should leave them as is, looks sweet! Don't think the other colours will look that great, though i'll leave it to the photoshoppers to change my mind! :)
Will have a look now matey, if i'm honest I wouldnt mind just chilling out with 'the select few' ;) close friends prior to the day. No doubt would make for a better evening in my opinion.
Think thats where most people will be going Ollie, I might go for somewhere else a little bit more quiet as i'm not keen on a heavy drinking night out before doing the trackday! You know what i'm like and want to feel half decent.
Then it'll be no good for me as i'd want to do Brands and Snetterton. Dave if you speak to the company that list the V2 helmet and maybe they'll give us a discount if we ordered a couple! Sure there would be a couple others that would want/need a new helmet.
I stand corrected! But tbh I'd have a sticker on my car to help the emergency services potentially help me! :) I wouldn't want to risk other peoples lives trying to save me with them not knowing that there was something explosive in the car.
I believe you have to have some sort of sticker/emblem on the car to show that you have nitrous oxide for people like the fire brigade incase of an accident.
Fair play for being different, wonder how long the engine will last though!
