for the price and costs/time involved in fitting them for the gains then they aren't worth it. supporting other mods then if you don't mind forking out on them go for it but at the price and on their own for the gains they aren't worth it.

if you don't mind the expense wouldn't do any harm to change them all. also bosch suggest lambda changed at 90,000 miles (can't remember exact mileage sorry)
change injector, clear codes, reset adaptions, take it for a good 20-30 mile drive and see how it goes. if you know what you are looking for you can look at live data and that will show you what lambda etc is doing.
new injector time, piontless using an injector cleaner, the ecu doesn't know if an injector is blocked or not.
change that and doubt the knock code will pop up again.
i mean the car isn't capable of actually generating that fault code.
will check on clip tomorrow if i think on, my money is on code reader cocking the code up.
wouldn't bother with them, amount of times you see people blabbing on about using torque and ho wonderful it is when in reality it's terrible!!

easiest way to do it. mate of mine is doing same conversion and using meg loom, clocks, ecu etc. i told him not to but he's having problem after problem with it and i just keep saying 'i told you so'
