I've bought two but can't get the cunting things to work! Older games seem to kill the graphics card/ driver or result in a BSOD.
New windows install in 3,2,1....
I can understand that. Sometimes a huge camera body and lens is seen by some as a bit ostentatious. Being able to blend in and still get the quality you want would be ideal.
I bought a couple but they are all crashing my PC. I've clearly got some random problem as nobody seems to have anything similar according to google. All modern games are playing fine, but anything from before 2010 kills the ATI driver and either the game crashes or Windows does.
I even tied to...
11.9 meters, but yes, that is a bit different from 4000ft.
The crop factor still takes you close enough for more detail/ frame filling subject without the need for massive glass in most scenarios.
Full frame and decent glass leaves plenty of room to crop, especially if you only use the images in their digital form.

I've only got the two monitors. It's impossible to drive with the split in the middle.
Steering wheel makes it a lot more fun. I can never be bothered to get mine out though!
Great turn around. What do you use on the wheels out of interest? I have 6 years of baked on brake dust and none of the off the shelf stuff seems to make a dent on it!
^Nice shots!
I got taken to the zoo for fathers day.

Loads of crop needed for some of the photos. Luckily the camera/ lens combo leave plenty...
Cheers Jimmy.
I was just wanting to confirm that my understanding of how you should use it was correct.
Imaging
- create a basis image without anything installed other than Windows
- I still can't work out how to roll this out to production workstations so that they keep their original...
GoPro Hero 3 Black is on special offer for £300 over here at the minute. Is there a new one on the way? I'm really struggling to justify not picking one up...
Luke - Nice shot!
Yanoo - stick more on your Flickr. You've got some interesting stuff.
UKASKEW - love the plain background you've created with the panning!
DJW - sharp and nicely exposed. Keep snapping!
^clear improvement!
A photo taken looking up a tower with a distracting beam in the way, so I did a quick shop to remove it.

I can muddle my way through SQL queries, but now I have to use MySQL.
Can anybody tell me what I should be using for the IN clause in the below SQL query to make it work in MySQL?
Select *
FROM xxx
WHERE MACHINE.NAME IN 'xxx0001','xxx0002','xxx0100')
Cheers!
I spent the day playing with it and am pretty impressed. It's a powerful bit of kit and blows our old one out the water. We've had it in house for nearly 8 months and have done absolutely nothing with it as the guy who is responsible has been too busy.......
I'm just a bit lost and hoped...
My Systems manager is off on holiday for three weeks and I don't want a project to get stuck for the duration.
I know there are a fair number of IT'ers here, does anybody use Kace to manage software/ image distribution? I need to pick some brains.
Cheers,
Andy
