You would need your original map back up, if you don't have this then you cannot put it back to original. Wouldn't worry about insurance pretty hard to tell it's there without the software and then it's all just calibration code.

Pulleys could be whacking of their stops, I recall reading something on here a while back but not sure when the issue was. you got anyone nearby to check it out at all? might be best to just pay someone qualified to check it. noises you can chase forever.

as Much as I'd gladly ditch my Arctic for an LY, this just isn't going to be good, not to mention in's on the other side on the country for me. I'd happily pay for 5k for a mint LY but it would have to be MINT to take the plunge and not have the belts hanging off it.
