its worth weighing up your options, a £3k saving is obviously fantastic but for me the extra money for the media nav evo alone was worth it, it was my one requirement as the medianav system is truly that bad!! I thought the sound quality in my 182 trophy was poor but jesus ive never heard...
precisely as above, ive got a 14 plate and a 66 plate one, both 1.5 DCi. If possible its really worth looking for a 66 (possibly a 16 too) as they get MediaNav evolution over media nav and its night and day, both in the responsiveness of the screen, DAB as standard, much better sound quality...
+1 for greenlight
they insure my trophy and mirror my 10yrs ncb from my daily driver, the only insurance company I know that do it, and its a fully comp policy not some sort of limited use one, although I do only have 3000 miles on the policy and they asked for a pic of the millage to confirm...
its standard on all the later cars as my 66 plate DCI has it, obviously not helpful to you but worth keeping your eyes on ebay for one popping up, I believe it was just a plug in module I'm not sure if it still is or if its actually built into the unit now, Mine runs MediaNav Evolution rather...
if you didn't notice much difference after the remap then its not running 110bhp, as any map getting good power figures like that would be giving good torque gains. My 14 plate DCi90 should be around 110hp and the car is night and day compared to before or against our 2016 one!
full leather is...
i had my 61 plate 200 from new and the brakes were never as good as I expected, my 182 on good pads fluid and discs would out brake it no problem. Then I got a 197 with new genuine Renault discs and pads and the brakes were FANTASTIC! night and day compaired to my 200... odd one, never got my...
I was going to say the mk4 needs 3rd gear to hit 60, but with its fancy box it probably does the 2 gear changes quicker than you would do first to 2nd in the older cars.
Sure its about 40kg less than a 197/200 too
they were that bad I couldn't feel what the car was doing under me on the test drive, I had no idea how good or bad condition the suspension/steering was - I bought it based on the condition of the rest and luckily turned out all good! lol
I only changed one on mine, as only one was leaking so didn't see the point in disturbing anything else as it was on 140k, it was pretty bad with that black tar like stuff after months of leaking with the previous owner, I expected a nightmare but the injector pulled out no problem, and I'm sure...
i got the belts and dephaser done on my 182 by mcboyle motors renault specialists in Denny a few months back. Genuine parts and tools used, car drove brilliant after it and it was a good chunk cheaper than the quotes i had reveived elsewhere so thumbs up from me
buy one that runs sweet and give it a yearly service (they are cheap to service!) and it will run forever. Ive just sold my old DCi80 had 160k on it, used it daily for 3 years and probably 40k+ miles and it cost me an alternator. was an epic car, mine was mapped running around 110bhp and 175lbft...
in reality where the CZT will be a little faster it will "feel" much faster id have thought, my tuned up diesel clio felt not much slower than my 182 but in reality the 182 would have punished it.
however coming to the clio will give you a big step up in fun and driver involvement over the CZT...
na I managed to get a cracking deal on a pre face lift, pre reg with delivery miles but being one of the last made it has the facelift interior, media nav evolution etc. I had a shot of the 1.2 TCe with the 6 speed manual now instead of the EDC box and it was a cracking car! bloddy pricey though!
i was offered a 220 trophy for £299 deposit and £299 a month which I didn't think was too bad at the time! working it out with a calculator soon talked me out of it though and I ended up with a new DCi Dynamique S instead lol
you could just change the headlights they look the same shape, and keep your current drl's -your probably right though jusr as cheap to change car lol.
mine is a pre facelift with the facelift interior etc as its one of the last
