When I installed components. I ran new wiring through to the doors, through the connector at the door. Was a lot of work. You can get ISO female to male harnesses from the likes of halfords/ebay, which you could just cut save cutting your loom.

Er No you can't ^ Speedline Turinis have a different size/fitment centre cap to the Renault ones. You can't swap between them.

Chances are you only need to do the two furthest toward the back which hold the tail pipes up. Could always use sockets/pipe to bodge the hanger, as the Renault ones are pretty soft!

Pretensioners can be swapped yes. Very unlikely for it to go bang in your face if you have the battery disconnected. Although pretensioner is only the grey connectors, so you may still have a problem with the black connectors.
