LOL I did say it was f**ked.
Grinder was a last resort! Before that I'd tried
-Penetrating spray
-hammering a screwdriver in to between to try and wedge it off. No luck
-hammering a chisel in between to try and wedge it off. No luck
-Screwing a bolt into one of the holes and hitting the f**k out...
Trying to take a FK stainless steel spacer off the front of a non sport.
The driver side one I literally cannot get off. Its one of the bolt to hub types, undone all the bolts, but its stuck solid.
Tried a hammer, lever bar, chisel, screwdriver, grinder, but still literally cannot get it off...
You can get converters, like the ones mctw linked.
I had one from halfords, was £7.99.
Basically connect four speaker (two pairs of +/-) wires, and then earth it, and converts this to two phono connectors, which you can plug your amp in with.
I used one on my OEM Renault headunit, with my...
Ohh. It was perfect for the half month I had it.
If there was nothing I wanted to catch up on, or nothing on live with TVcatchup, I always just wacked a film on.
Gutted.
Instead of doing a red lip, I would maybe do red diamonds on the wheel centre caps, and red front/back diamonds, if you like the idea of a red theme.
Definitely think doing the wheel diamonds a different colour would improve the look much better. How much is it lowered?
Also I'd paint the...
I got them purely for looks tbh. Even if supposedly there is a mechanical advantage to them.
Although upon trying to remove one, I've found it has somehow got stuck solid to the hub, and I can't prize it off.
Oh my days :( . My atv is now essentially pointless.
Well not as such, but a massive use I had for it now is :(
Its almost as if XBMC forum knew it was coming, literally only took the thread on IF down last week..
You guys were right! Thank god for that. so cheers!
Now I've just gotta spend hours unwinding and winding the bloody spring clamps. Don't know why people bother with the gym. All you need is a few springs and just endlessly clamp them and unclamp them...
They should definitely rebound a bit I'd have thought? Maybe not to exactly the same length each time..
Re. the bits on the top of the rear shocks, the OEM ones are similar, not the same though.
Should've come with them really, but if they fit, I can't see a problem with using the OEM ones off...
Mine have worked every time too, when fitting aftermarket springs lol! The standard springs are so ridiculously long, can't get it to compress enough.
Ridiculous!
Cheers mate, bit far away from me though!
