Get a Alpine cd-changer.......The CHA-S634 will play mp3´s too and have one of the best anti-shock around. My Alpine H/U have never jumped and my clio is lowerd -65mm on 17´s, not a RSI thou. The changer will plug in at the back of the H/U (AI-net socket) along with the RCA plugs.
Yep^^^^.........I have the Alpine IVA-D300RB Media station and it´s awesome. Can´t take the front with you thou but you get a cover, but it don´t look of much when closed.
I would just get stalk control.....Don´t it look a bit stupid to have two displays, and besides the dash display will not show everything anyway. I don´t miss it even thou I have the alpine IVA-D300 RB and when it´s closed it has no display, just looks so nice IMO.....
I just got this Alpine IVA-D300RB and it´s awesome, will play almost anything and control even more. Has touch screen and is stalk control ready. :D
This is the R with green light......I have the RB with blue light, looks much better...
I´ve just mounted my new Alpine Media station, and that is one awesome piece of hardware..........:D Sound qual. is so nice and clear and you can control almost anything with it. Makes you understand how many crap units that are out there. Alpine simply sets the standard in HU´s:D...
I have them Alpine in the back and they do pretty good..........Also have the Alpine SPR-134A components and they sound crisp and clear.
Had some JBL in the past but if you wan´t clear and good instead of loud and loud........I would choose Alpine R-series over JBL anyday!!!
Just had the catalouge from Alpine........The IVA-D300 (Media Station) is pretty awesome too, don´t have navi I know. But had a play with the pioneer and was surprised how slow it was in navi-mode.....Navi is not very important as I have a porteble Garmin wich does the job and is way faster than...
It´s just that a simular Alpine is way more expensive and it doesn´t have navi. But I like the feature of having a all in one unit to play dvd, tv and playstation ect. Have been looking at the Alpine 9835R but can´t realy decide. The Alpine is very nice, but it´s just a HU, if you know what I...
Is Pioneer any good?? Thinking of getting a Hu with touchscreen, dvd and navi. (media-station) but the sound qual. is more important than navi...... Also been looking at Alpine but Pioneer are dumping their prices to enter the market of screen.units.........Don´t realy know anything about...
Pads don´t cost a fortune rather cheap.......Mine went trough the 60000km service with no big problems at all only front pads, sparkplugs and fuel filter were changed apart from the std. oil, filter ect. So nothing to worry about if it run properly;)
My dad smile if he can se any new mod´s..........When I got my H&R coilover´s he just looked and asked what that should doo. When he had a go he turned into a 20 year old again with a big smile on his face. He don´t buy any himself thou.....
About 900 if they are out yet with fitting and set up. If the suspension are the same as the 172 you can get it already........Even cheaper than that but you get what you pay for........
Just smack some H&R coilovers on the 182 and it will turn into a pretty awesome handling rocket........:D
You are the first I´ve heard saing the pug are better than the 182 thou........I think not!! the clio is far more sporty IMO
Don´t know the mk2 ph2 fitment as I have a mk2 ph 1 with Double optik headlamps. Mine are H7 and HB3 but it should be in your handbook or just open the bonnet and check
I´m on 17´s with a -70mm drob........:D A bit bumpy on bad roads yes but still the comfort on long trips is good I think. Just the look of a slammed beast on 17´s make you smile even thou you have to drive slow over bumps and stuf........:D
