I'm going to view a Renault Sport 182 tomorrow, after a few months of searching I've found one that suits my requirements.
Its a Racing Blue 182 on 47 000.
Its listed up at £4990, through a used car dealer, two and a half hours from me.
Now as this is my first car I'll actually be thinking of...
Anyone use talktalk mobile (part of carphone warehouse I think)
They've got some good tariff's on Pay monthly phones, so just wondering if anyone had any experience of them.
They piggyback off Vodafone's network.
Tbh with a sub that size you'll probably be fine regarding power from there. If not just find a live in the fuse box, and connect it to that. That's what I'd do,
Seems to pathetic a cable to bother wiring all the way to the battery.
I've sent him an email with a few quesions Steve, Should I be put off that it has had quiite a few owners?
I might have a browse for some possible racing blue ones later, and run any I find past you if that's okay?
Haha. see this is where I'm so inexperienced. Its the same dealer as the one you posted at the bottom however.
So from that evidence you think I should rule out the bottom one as well. Although that description looks better.
What about this one:

Doesn't look like its had belts done? and it says its got cup colour wheels, but don't know if its got cup packs?
The racing blue is not...
Ahh cheers mate :)
Are exhaust mounts common problem/expensive? Ive been reading all the buyers guides and things.
The bottom one looks a good starting point, looking at their website they've got a racing and arctic blue, and not too far from me.
Also, bit of a stupid question but is the aux...
Cheers mate, do you currently have any 182's?
Its just difficult on somewhere like autotrader, coz obviously all the adverts are just lists of things separated by commas lol.
No mention of the belts there, but I guess that might be factored into the price?
For some reason whenever I see one thats got any form of mods I seem to be put off, even though I'd probably mod it myself lol? Is this wise or am I missing out?
Ah thanks for all the advice.
Yea I'm really after an Arctic Blue, Both cup packs, around 40/50 000 miles. They all seem to be around the £5000 mark? Steve you reckon I can get one for roughly £4000 would be decent?
Its just obviously because all the ones that fit my requirements are so far...
Yea, Basically, my ideal car would be an arctic Blue, full fat 182, around or under £5000.
Its not so much deciding which model sport, but which ones for sale to choose between, obviously there's things like service history and stuff.
Buts its deciding between the ones that fall in that...
Re: Looking to buy a Cliosport - A little lost. Where do I start!?
Yea I Know that lol, I just call them that because of here. I know thats they're proper "name", plus its quicker to write lol!
I currently own a non sport Clio (2005), and have always had my heart set on a Cliosport.
Now the time has come around where I am serious about getting one, and looking to sell my old one.
Only thing is, this is only my second car I've bought, and if I'm honest, I'm a bit lost as to where...
If you have an accident, and its your fault, and the other party claims on your insurance, do you have to pay your insurance excess, or is that only when you claim for your car?
Sorry if its a stupid question!
When I did mine, I roughly used a can per wheel for each different process, so 4 cans grey primer, 4 cans of colour coat, 4 cans of lacquer. Thats in total.
That left me some spare, to allow for any mistakes. Just make sure you sand them down well before applying the primer.
