harsh would be an understatement they will be horrendous, the apex 40mm ones i had fitted were very very harsh. 60mm springs won't give you any kind of comfort imo.I would go for 40mm PI springs i think danny at 519automotive sells them
straight swap in a way you need a cable speedo drive version of the box found ph1's and iirc ph2 cups. also need to change the lower half of the gearbox mount (the one uner the battery) and the black metal bracket off your box that the dogbone mount goes onto needs to be bolted on the new...

this really gets my back up and i know how you feel it happened to me last year i had the whole passenger side front to back and the bootlid and to make matters worse for some unknown reason they wrote nob in the bonnet of my brothers brand new bmw.

i just paid £202 for 5 bare wheels then another £48 to swap my tyres over to the newly refurbed alloys.
