All your images are null as you've moved them into a folder, move them back.. bingo :)
If you're going to be spraying, I've just sprayed the boot button much better imho.
Maybe the hazard panel or as your picture has.
:)
I decided to colour code the boot button too.
Then fitted.
Now a better view of the rear bumper.
Will be better once the recess has an exhaust in place.
Just seen you work at VW stockport.
You drive a 197/200?
Around 2 weeks ago I was there with a mate in my car and noticed a blue rs Clio with cup spoiler too.
It's payday every Friday for me :)
£242 is a bit steep for a non-specialist, the alternator belt themselves are around £8.
I've priced everything up for both belts + pump + tensioner. It comes to a few pennies above £90 and the belts are manufactured by continental too.
Yea I'll be doing it...
Thanks, I don't want insurance to rise by doing too much, but after deciding on lowering, maybe only a change of wheels.
Tyres should be arriving imminently.
Exhaust is booked in for Saturday, road trip!
A week after that I'll service it and change the cambelt plus water pump.
After all it...
Update time..
Recently I've colour coded my exterior door handles.
I also toyed with wiring in exterior handle light to turn on when you unlock.
I've made these work so I can turn them off via a switch, much nicer in person.
Then I bought a RS bumper of a local lad then got it sprayed up...
Looking into buying some 15" BBS RZ which have a bore size of 57.1mm (VW & BMW)
Now that'd obviously need changing to 60.1mm.
With one of the wheels it has had some bump.
I'm just wondering on a rough estimate, either through experience or know someone who can do this.
Thanks
You already have OEM HIDs :approve: or you mean a different colour temperature?
Nothing wrong with it, just headlights don't look too nice.
It looks nice if you like black on black on black ;)
Those SMDs are easy to get hold of, they're PLCC-4 SMDs.
All MK2 Clio 2004+ that have a centre LCD in dials use these, and also most of the centre clocks too.
a tenner for the haynes manual :o a friend's mate who works at a garage says he can get the parts for around £50 but then that's trade.
As the guide says put a block of wood beneath the sump and the jack to prevent anything from being damaged.
I know I ain't from NE but you're in the same...
Can't be any naff pump they'll have to conform to certain standards, well afaik my pump has lasted 115K so I wouldn't fret :)
Some of the 'kits' only have the belt & tensioner, others have belt + tensioner + pump.
If buying parts yourself I'd recommend a Gates belt as that is OEM manufacturer...
£150 all in from a garage but that'll be with cheaper parts.
Axle Stands for £20 @ halfords http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_216002_langId_-1_categoryId_255207
Could be cheaper elsewhere.
I'll be doing mine within 2 weeks as I...
I'm looking at doing mine asap, all parts can be bought for around 90-110 (OEM Brand) Gates from eBay. I'm on 115K haha.
Can also buy all parts from Eurocarparts for £106.20 minus parts25 code.
The guide is what I'll be using along with the trustworthy haynes manual.
I'm sure a garage should...
They aren't bulbs, they are surface mounted LEDs or SMDs, they will need to be soldered onto your existing dials. They're PLCC-2, if you sign up for full membership there is a guide to help you.
I've been offered a rentech exhaust as pictured for £80, is this a good price?
As I'm after an exhaust to fit a recess in the bumper.
Now without too much faffing can this be made to fit a 1.2. Afaik RS exhausts have 2.5" pipe whereas mine has 2" I think. Can a simple reducer solve this or am...
