I used an adhesive spray for the acetate things got a little complex cutting small shapes for the speedo. Once you open the cluster all will become relative :-)
You can use filter paper behind the dials and somehow create a filter for the dials. I'd put white LEDs in then colours will be the same as of the filters.
But the LEDs light the whole cluster so you can't apply different colour LEDs for the dials and the needles.
So as above filters are your...
It only costs a few pennies less than £15 with a 10% discount I got from them.
On phone but I'll try and link you to my dropbox where the PSD's are first.
If you like you can donate :)
I was after replacing the oval plate and vin sticker as mine were non-existent.
So I created a template to use with Photoshop then finally I have had them printed.
Now fitted.
These were the stickers I was working from.
The only discrepancy is the white block background is an off white, I thought due to UV damage they'd originally be white so that's what I went for.

Yea I knew they were BBS :)
I thought its a better choice over reps. I also have seen some flat face 5 slot merc/BMW alloys, just can't remember what they were on.
Cheers thought something would have to be done.
I just don't like the idea of spacers, when it can be solved with the correct wheels :)
I'll have to get a quote for them to be machined.
I've been looking around for different alloys that be used without spacers.
I've found these - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/190735229532
With these having an offset of 10mm will this have the same effect as original alloys (38.5-48ET) with spacers.
I'm not fully geeked up but I fancy a change...
They look similar to a turini, would a turini centre cap fit? Even if they do, they ain't cheap either.
Once you get them sorted they'll look top notch :)
Welcome to CS :)
Its a nice car to start with :)
I have the exact same car/spec as yourself.
I'd recommend an RS Grill, RS interior, maintain it well then save your pennies. :)
The bulbs in the speedo are a very small LED called an SMD they'll require soldering onto your existing speedo they're 2mm x 3mm.
The type of SMD is a PLCC 2 3528.
I've done this too :-)
But with my speedo being a newer version :)
