The exhaust will need to be cut in order to fit the new one, as the original is a one piece that fits over the axle. Or you could drop the axle and remove it in one piece.
Your best tyres should be on the back, as they help you get more grip and there's less chance of spining the back end.
Try look at one of the tyre website as they have done a clip, and prove it.
