Will a Clio Mk2 Front Bumper fit in my 182 if I put the rear seats down?
I would measure my boot and front bumper and see, but don't have my 182 with me currently...
Cheers, James
Been ages since I've uploaded an update, no major changes to shout about unfortunately - been waiting for a set of Turinis for ages but everyone seems to be asking stupid money!
Gave her a bit of love today as she was filthy! Joys of owning a black car living on country roads...

Thanks Both! Had a bit of free time so thought I'd have a bit of a play haha
Probably should of put the tyre tracks in the first one, but didn't really think about it at the time
Judging by the likes, I'm assuming the first one is the favourite out of them both?
Looking to get myself a Dual Action Polisher for my Clio, and I'm fairly sure I've narrowed it down to a DAS-6 Pro :

I'm just wondering what kit/package (pads, polish...
.
Haha true, but it's worth it just for those couple of seconds! You've just got to make sure you get a photo though as a reminder that you did actually clean it lol
I stand corrected, thought that was original height!
No doubt new cup shocks and Cooksports will handle lovely, and look the...
Looks real tidy Joe
I reckon black is a very rewarding colour to clean...even if it does get dirty in 5 minutes
Cleaned mine on Friday and within 24 hours you would of never guessed that I had - joys of a black car on country lanes!
Deffo need to get some lows on there though, I'm running...
Looks like you used a long exposure (long shutter duration) hence the cars giving 'light trails'
Good first effort though buddy!
It's always difficult to get a balanced exposure between the foreground and background, background looks really good but you've made it difficult for yourself with...
Looking forward to seeing your results, will certainly be interesting
Maybe it's just me, but for £1000 (by the time it's fitted and mapped, probably more) I'd be hoping for more than that
Just think your spending at least 1/3 (33.3%) of the cars value, and hoping to get a 1.5% power increase...
No major changes but a few little touches here and there :
Got a secondhand Powerflex Dogbone mount at a good price, so fitted that

Very impressed with it and it's definitely improved the feel of gear changes, and I don't notice hardly any increased...
I don't hate it as such, but just know that people think "it's just a Clio", so hardly bother trying to explain that it's not your normal Clio
If they've got half an idea of cars I'll say it's a Renault Sport which generally gets a nod of approval or some interest
But being 19 most of my...
That would be why I didn't see you, we left at about 3:45ish - did have a wander around a couple of times but you wouldn't of been there - There was a couple of lovely scooby's on your stand!
It's a bit different from the normal (not a factory colour) but it pulls of the look I reckon!
Here's a couple of the 182 (it is the Clio section after all) :

Went to my very first show today, which was Cruise Culture in Carmarthen
Went with a bunch of mates, and we even managed to win best stand which was a treat, didn't really get many photos of my Clio tbh, as there was a lot better cars around to take pictures of haha

Gonna get some ordered, only thing is I'm wondering if I'll have to pay for it all again if I just want the camber adjusted! Possibly a stupid question but would fitting camber bolts adjust the toe setting?
Also, do spacers (would be a rear axle spacer, and normal front ones) affect geometry...
From when I looked 1.5 is around normal, so mine looks fairly good
I'll agree with the front camber - I'm thinking of getting some camber bolts and setting to -1.5 on both as that seems a popular fast road setup
Got it Hunter Aligned today, but couple of things that I wanted to check :
Hunter Alignment by Jimbob_2705, on Flickr
Firstly, have they used the settings off a Clio 197/200? Just looking at the year of manufacture...
If so is the 197/200 set up differently from the 182 - I'd assume so, so...
I'm based near Hereford, so anywhere near there would be good!
Asked a couple of local lads who they recommend for wheel alignment, so I'll see how I get on!
