depends how much you overfill by, but the coolant has to have room to expand or it will just either break the expansion tank and youll lose your coolant, or split a weak pipe, and youll lose your coolant.
either way its not ideal!
personally dont like the corsica in a clio, and like you i wanted a bit of dish thats why i went for the sparco, best of both worlds
tad pricey though but not as pricey as the sabelt
well i read that ph1 doesnt have a cable but ph2 does but im not certain.
i think the one i linked is the same design as the mb engineering one, where did you get that from?
any idea how the lift up reverse will work on cars fitted with a cable lift up system though? worried the reverse isnt going to work properly!
also how stiff is it to move the stick around within the bearing?

anyone had any experience with these? look quite well made
also wondering whether lift up reverse will still work the same on a 182 trophy as i have read somewhere that it uses a cable and cant see...
Coolant changed. Although couldn't get to the bottom rad hose so just flushed it through using top one and expansion bottle. This will be fine wont it?
Fair point.. Something like £40 from Renault though aren't they?!
tbh there's nothing wrong with mine just wanted it looking cleaner
might just try and clean it up. Any ideas how and what with?
how have you guys got on with these ebay ones? have they cracked or anything yet?
just picked one up from the guy as i live just outside leicester going to fit it soon
they arent genuine though as it didnt say renault on the packaging it had another name on it, think there just cheapo ones tbh...
just break it for parts and sell them here on the forum, always people wanting clio parts huge market for it
depending on which parts are damaged you could easily get a few thousand back
if you need a bit of advice then PM me as i was in a similar situation about a year back...
After some more observation, the blower problem and the "Pioneer" staying on is now intermittent and can also be fixed temporarily turning on and off the blower 1-2-3-4 dial after the ignition is switched off, although the clock stays on even when the car has been locked.. anyone got a clue?
Hi,
Recently bought a Renault Sport Clio Trophy.
As most of you will know, although they have Air con they don't have climate control, they have similar controls to a 1.2 Clio.
When I got to work this morning and turned off the ignition to the car I noticed that the blowers were still blowing...
ive put my other ecu in it now and it works, henk has reccomended using a battery charger and then trying to connect using the rs tuner so i may try that this evening
