There isn't one past a Mk2 Ph1 Clio, its all done over the canbus after that. Needs to go on clip to see whats holding it off, there will be a fault almost undoubtably the airbag lockout should reset after an ignition cycle.
You want a Clip interface. I've got one and could look at both for you for a small fee but if you are thinking of buying one thats the one go for.
ABS fault is probably the brake pedal switch out of adjustment.

You are nuts. You'll hate that clio, there are no redeeming features in a Non-RS clio once you are older than 17.
Why the hell are people fvcking around adding a graphics card for a internet/office PC? There is nothing wrong with the on-die intel hd graphics for this purpose.
And pay for Windows 7, really? Gray, we need to talk ;).
It'll have been smacked, if the wishbone isn't bent or replacing doesn't correct it then the subframe has twisted (and possibly the chassis with it). Was what happened to my old one after an intervention with a curb.
The lower section is replaceable, but just don't go mad and you won't strip them. No like it needs to come off all the time either, they're only 10nm iirc.
Resistor pack is shot, its not the same as the speed control pack for the climate equipped cars.

Oh yes fvcking things, bloody no chance of getting them off with the spline fixing to hold them (worst fixing ever). I'd bought new ones before I started knew i'd be cutting them off, even the new ones were bloody tight to do up so no surprises they're impossible to get off once they've been on...
I haven't personally enquired but I've heard quotes of £1.5-2k bounded about all in from Audi main dealers.
Nope not a mechanic mining sparky by trade although i've moved up to systems engineer these days (PLCs/SCADA etc), just always had a decent practical mechanical mind.
Are they down that low? Was all CAT Ds and the like when I was looking, not that I was actually looking at the pauper spec ones it just wouldn't be the same with the gadgets.
Had a productive day anyway.

As low as 13-14k for a low spec high miler, £16-17k+ for a decent mileage and spec. Spec is the difficult bit as most are poverty as the options list is LOL worthy in price and what you (don't) actually get.
48k but it isn't slipping, flywheel is a little noisy but that's it. If I want the option of a remap at a later date available to me I need to change it though as it won't last.
And seeing as I needed to change the steering rack thought I might as well do it all at once.
