Once again, it's the key.
Nothing you can do with it, the transponder is faulty.
No point in reprogramming it because the central locking is working (which means its paired)
Either go to a a good locksmith or renault.
You sure your boot switch Is working? Sounds like the car hasn't recognised the boot being opened,
And you can reconfigure the uch to turn off the auto relocking.
Why would you want to do it? It's designed to come on at a certain temperature. Diesel engines take longer to get up to temperature.
As long as the fan is not jammed, leave it.
The renault way of doing the job is to cut the red and black wires and crimp the new one onto it.
Also check the connector onto the resistor, they get hot and melt.
You probably won't get much help with the clio 4 on here yet as its so new! Have you tried linking your phone to it and seeing if yours does the same thing?
They normally always bust when they are removed. The best way is to unscrew the screw then put it back in a few turns. Then push the screw with your screw driver and pull the handle at the same time.
What he said ^
Anything under 0.05a is acceptable. Although I wouldn't imagine it would be the central locking receiver causing the drain, more than likely the radio.
You could fit it yourself, it's not hard at all. It will start and run With the new one but the alternator type will need to be programmed into the new one.
Re: phase 1 non sport steering wheel be used with the phase 1 airbag and horn arrange
For the record, I fitted a non sport plastic wheel to my phase one. Just simply got rid of the horns on the wheel and used the one on the light stalk.
Such an improvement and cheap as chips.
Two options, get an early phase one rail which has a return and regulator.
Or use the rail you have and put a later fuel pump in the tank which has the regulator as part of the pump.
