Just because all the electrics work doesn't mean the battery isn't toast. The starter requires a lot of current. Try the jump pack and let us know.

Use a paper clip or similar and bridge the 2 main fuel pump cables (will be the 2 larger cables)

You run the belt in the same position on all the pulleys. Can't see the pics, so routing isn't able to be commented on. However I'm dubious of running it without the pas pump, as if the belt runs from the crank straight to the alt, it cuts into the lower cambelt cover from what I've seen.

Does it start using the jump leads/booster pack? If so dead battery.

Does it sound normal when cranking? As the popping from the exhaust sounds terminal (if your popping is the same as my interpretation) Compression test it.

cleaning it doesn't help. go genuine replacement and reset egr learnt values in clip.

Lol. Do a search about ktec remaps on here. You'll find some interesting information about their remaps. RSTuning are very good however and have been able to map out the flat spot.

I, and many other have achieved over 200bhp on the stock throttle body. It's not a restriction.

It's not as simple as plugging in a headlamp adjustment switch. It will have conflicting information.

A new UCH is under £300, why f**k about?

The throttle body isn't a restriction so it's wasted money. You need to be looking at live data, see what the sensors are seeing really.

It would need to be reprogrammed as it wouldn't operate the light adjusters, headlamp washers etc.

I run one on my supercharged car. Better than the powerflex shite.
