They're currently on 1 turn all round, rear seats are still in but will be taking them out when i get some new front seats. May be a pussy and make em a little bit softer though as they're still quite hard

back is just over the 40mm mark from when i had eibachs on the rear, so maybe about 50mm. front is down around 70-75ish so will be raised up a bit so it goes over humps/goes in the drive :(

i think joshwa172 the guy with the other sunflower has the highsport set, may be worth asking him. Depends if you want a soft ride or not really, as i've heard 172 highsports are quite harsh
