dunno i've had mine done and for the couple of hundred paid i think its well worth it, especially on the ph1 172. actualy sounds completly different too and much more healthy. but get what your saying about spending £££s for little gain
awesome! did it have european plates? i assume it must have been left hand drive as i dont think they made right hand drive versions, unless they had it resprayed
Nearly ran me over on the crossing because you couldnt be arsed to wait for people to cross, not good. Also had a bit of a shite looking twin exhaust as well.
why not have a go at selling on here? its free afterall. in my experience i've never had a car sell on autotrader, my last one was sold on here without even advertising. Its a cliosport generic as well so should sell no probs, without forking out expensive advertising costs.
well looking at your car edde always make me feel better about the clenliness of mine! however a car should be dirty its there to be driven and enjoyed afterall ;)
polishing cost me 60 quid for everything, starting with a half done plenum and everything else from scratch
first off, it aint even been cleaned yet (not even with a dirty rag) so no comments about the level of dirt :approve:
few polished bits are in there, along with BenR's inlet manifold matching has been sorted. thanks to timsclio172 for sorting me the samco elbow. altho if anybody wants one for...
02 plate? interesting stuff.
anyway all i'm saying is that if there are 172 in the uk, they are the second most common variant behind titanium. I know when i was looking for a sunflower, there were loads of exclusives for sale, kinda surprised me as i to thought they were one of the rarer...
er, dont think i am very wrong...
see here, all the colours ever made and how many registered in the uk

lol agree with the ph1 is the best comment ;)
as for the exhaust with a car like this looks arent everything. The sound is immense, workmanship top notch and makes the car feel smoother which is the reason why i chose this system. And to be honest only needs a new exhaust mount to get it...
i am not a fan at all. you'd need to take it to the bodyshop for them to have a look at the curves as it would completely depend on how much prepping is involved.
