take a look at makavellis cover what i did, thats real liquid yellow. Liquid yellow paint costs a fortune prob why they did it in a different colour. i know it costs me 35 quid for it as its two coats, 1 of yellow and 1 of pearl. How much did u pay if u dont mind me asking?
btw noticed you've...
well i'm getting a reputation first lol ;)
Craig - no worries mate i've got a few waiting to be done at the mo anyhow so no bother, just pm me when u want something doing.
As for pics of em on pm bubbles, dannyboy, makavelli, timclio172 as they all have the badges pictures on their car.
i buy the 2.0 stickerss from a local graphics place
Craig - personal preference to be honest, i currently love liquid yellow, but may be a bit much against the black. On black cars a dark red looks good, however i would prob use a basic metallic instead of candy as it looked no different...
Well i'll be honest when i say i've got a couple of things waiting to go out at the mo, i normally charge cost of paint plus a tenner, plus postage so for example liquid yellow, the paint costs me 30 quid so i'll charge you around the 45 quid mark, the colour on andys is candy red and that cost...

ive also got your dash inserts as i saw mr moderator last night.
you keep trying to flog those pipes! where are mine btw ;)
glad you like it, from the amount of time you've had the cover i thought you weren't going to bother fitting it (i was going to ask for it back to put on mine lol)
how big is the area?
if its fairly small then i'd be tempted to have somebody like chips away repair it, otherwise youll need the panel blown in/resprayed at a bodyshop
you wanna use the same people that did my wheels. top marques in fenton. did my wheels in a day, and its a perfect finish. i'm going to be taking some strut braces to him to be powdercoated.
i knew you couldnt live with the fluff ;)
i found some velcro discs in halfords. think they were only about £1 a pack and they held around 2kg per disc so more than secure enough. i shall be heading down myself later in search of some for the submarine.
i like auto-paint.co.uk but for proper bodyshop paint a local paintshop (supplies shop that sort out the local bodyshops) should be able to sort you out.
i dont like halfords paint mixing, but theres been a couple of instances recently when ive used them and been fairly happy with the...
it does indeed. your screwed
if it through a company such as CIS, then its in their policy shedule they dont cover/insure any mods.
easiest bet is to cancel your appointment, and to wait until youve got your own insurance
soak it in a strong mix of shampoo, and then rinse it off under pressure. this should lift most of it if you agitate it with a brush.
then get the final stuff off with engine and machine cleaner or autosol / a similar metal cleaner
black gold, and liquid yellow looks good. i did one, but sadly no pics of it on this computer. otherwise i like andromeda which is like a grey with some different flip/pearls in it.
cant go wrong with a color coded one though :)
deffo always go for the lenso's. they're a good make, but not as strong/light as some other brands. i prefer them in gunmetal myself, but would look nice.
for £400 are they second hand 17's, or brand new 15's
Taylor - i've got liquid yellow, black gold, petrol blue, blue to green flip, blue to red flip, hell i've even got some racing blue left somewhere lol
Andy - cheeky git ;) i shall get in touch with my suppliers tomorrow
Dave - i'm just waiting for your orders ;)
