ah right fair dos! i've got a few people waiting for badges so if i dont get round to doing em i'll pass them on to you ;)
i dont make any money off em either, i'm just trying to use up my bloody paint lol
trying to step in on my buisness ;)
btw hope your not doing it to make money cos u arent gonna make a penny off that, trust me. For example if someone wants liquid yellow or petrol blue paint cost is 35 quid. I've got a garage full of glitter paint, liquid paint and flip coats, most costing...
depending on what bonnet my car comes back with i shall probably end up doing this. will be carbon and then a thin layer of lacquered down yellow built up in coats to try and tint it. if it goes tits up then i shall simply get it sprayed properly.
yeah they'll be genuine brembo's as thats where i got mine from last time.
otherwise try ebay, as theres usually some genuine ones on their going cheaply
really depends what your looking for. i wanted the rawness of the cup, but cant afford the insurance on one, so opted for the mk1 172 as it was cheaper so i could do a bit more to it. also wanted 15's and preferred the cable throttle / front end. also doesnt suffer from the crap auto...
take the plenum off the car. degrease it all and allow it to fully dry, and then spray heat resistant paint over it in thin coats letting it dry fully between coats.
not removed one myself, so wont try to wing that part of the response
well 37 would fit nicely, but thats not really the euro spirit is it. i actually ordered some ronal turbos for my 1.2, and ordered them on a 37offset to give me flexibility with the coilovers and clearance. was planning on 5-8mm spacers on the back, and then at least 10mm on the fronts. so i...
it should be fairly light at a guess its because you've removed those monstrously large springs with some smaller ones, but get your tracking / camber sorted out along with tyre pressures once they've bedded in just to be on the safe side
my dog was once drowning (it wasnt funny at the time) so i jumped in and saved him, with my keys in my pocket as expected. could hear water swashing round in the key but it still started and drove home, so i suspect you need to let it dry out and hope for the best
i just bought one from my local motor factors whose a momo dealer. rrp is £39.95 so dont pay more than that, and you do need the specific one for the clio.
i'd just whip one out and then use it to match it up with.
again, on my old car i had the airbags and pretensioners taken off with clip as i couldnt be arsed to use resistors or any of that.
otherwise try a custom place to make you a manifold. i shall be popping down to J R exhausts in macclesfield (i think lol) to see how much they want, but if its extreme then theres no point as theres better things to spend your money on.
i used a little wooden pole to push down on the plastic tab whilst i pulled on the grille with my other hand. was a bit of an arse but was done and back in the house in under 30mins
tyres should be fine, as you would normally use a 195/45 but i believe yours should still be 205/40's
ride height looks absolutley spot on. how are you finding the ride quality, as thats the only thing putting me off fk's as ive heard mixed feelings about them
as in the dishes works well, but is strong stuff so not great for using frequently.
ill be using auto glym machine and engine cleaner on mine, but they dont ever get that dirty
