Johnboy,
the spoiler you are getting is it from a Renault dealor, do you have the part number?
there are no accessory brochures anywhere!! no one has any... :-(
no probs ill post as soon as I know. Dealors dont know, or at least cannot be bothered to look to find out and Halfords in store guides I do not trust as they show the wrong types for my current car. Does it not state them in the handbook? My smoke side repeators came today from Demon Tweeks...
can you confirm these are the correct bulb specs for latest model non xenon clio, (double optic version like dynamique)
1-indicator front and rear= PY21W
2-Low beam= 9005 (HB3)
3-High Beam= H7
4-Fog lights= H1
5-Side Lights W5W
many thanks in advance.
well on powerbulbs.com they state the silver vision indicator bulbs are PY21W anyway, so no need to modify bulbs front or rear.
as GR said £26.95 will get you 4 bulbs on offer with free P=P
could anyone possibly tell me for certain what the type code is for the philips silver vision indicator bulbs, front and rear. I want to order some now but want to make sure I order bulbs that will fit! cheers in advance.
Liam
just wondering if any of you are using silver vision indicator bulbs. (the ones that are silver till they light up then they are orange) On the new Clio the orange bulbs are highly visible on the front.
sat nav?
yeah its an option, £1500 fitted to top of dash, go from stereo and straight up and it slots in a holder on top. Its widescreen format, very nice. I havent had it done but would have liked it, too costly though, Ill stick to the paper map for now.
:-)

xenon bulbs should really last the life of the car.
There are companies out there that claim to be able to convert any non xenon model car to use xenon bulbs at reasonable cost. I read it in a mag advert the other day.
Apart from that do what im doing and siply upgrade the bulb package...
thanks. Well I just wondered as Ive ordered an upgrade from cat 2 to cat 1 from my renault dealor before I take delivery in a few weeks. £300 fitted using standard key fob.
They also charge £300 to add 6 disc changer.
£200 for diamond brite paint and fabric protection. (Like a permanent wax...
could anyone tell me what type bulbs are used on latest Mk2 Clio, (non Xenon models) Obviously pair for front fogs, what sort? side lights and main/dip beam? is there 3 bulbs in each main light unit and 1 in each fog?
Id like to know what kind as it as I dont know if I should keep some better...
could anyone tell me what make/model the standard cat 1 alarm is what Renault use from standard or when upgrading to cat 1 systems?
e.g Toad, Cobra etc?
how about the fog lights cos on the zetec S you have to get a mechanic to do it but i presume some cars you can just unclip the back housing off. just wondering how it is with new clio?
id like to change my standard bulbs (when I get my car) to some better quality ones like Ive been using in my car for the past 2 years.
Can anyone tell me how easy this is in the very latest Clio. All bulbs in main headlamp unit maybe even indicator bulbs too for the clear look and the fog...
I dunno but I ordered a cat 1 system upgrade to my car when I ordered it the car will be with me in a few weeks.
peace of mind for sure, and surely some discount at least....
