That's an interesting thing to know, have made a note of that :up: the coolant is reasonably new but it's not the genuine Renault stuff, was done by the previous owner. Getting the right stuff in the car will now be on the list when it's next serviced!

Fitted the battery cover I recently purchased today...... I say fitted.... it's one bolt! But that said, for how simple it is, it looks really good I think as covers the battery, the only issue I have with it is that it is jet black and the plastics around it like the air box look a kind of...

K&N panel filter is now here and fitted, nice simple job Oh and bought this too........ does having a Renault badge on the packet make it special? 😂 Too right :grin: will get them on soon!

Wowzers that's a blast from the 90's past!! I'm not so familiar with Dimma but just the styling etc, just don't see stuff like that anymore. Needs the standard headlights imo but that said, it is what it is and is a VERY rare car......... well worth saving!!

No probs buddy :up: the part numbers I have on my Renault invoice are as follows; P R60 00 068 214 is the SPORT badge P R77 00 817 027 is the RENAULT badge P R77 00 849 001 is the CLIO badge Be warned though, they are not cheap sadly! In addition to that, the Renault and Clio badges have lugs...

Ahh cool that answers a question haha yes mine sounds like its exactly the same as was just over the top of the oem plastic one, held in place by a hex screw.... I've taken it off for now but will clean it up and probably re-fit to match :up:

That's really interesting hearing about the speakers as my 182 is having my alpine headunit fitted Thursday but also getting some component speakers with separate tweeters like yours in the front and some co-axials in the back! Looks great to be honest and a definite 'high five' for doing it all...

That 4-2-1 looks awesome!! Really smart bit of kit......... didn't realise it was a 172 either, just assumed it was a 182 :up::up: That's a point... did they do 182's in Monaco? lol!
