Haha I knew there would be some hate for the spoiler idea, I'm just interested to see what it would look like :p
I would probably have to look at coilovers tbh, I have to get a ferry to get anywhere and if I lower it too much it will scrape every time I get on :(
Ah I forgot about colour coding the door handles! I also thought about colour coding the spoiler or spraying it white.. Maybe I'll prime it in white and see what that looks like, if it looks poor I'll continue to colour code them
As for the bullets I intend to get so Renault sport decals for...
UPDATE!
Its been too long really and I'm rediscovering modifications! I have sprayed the dash strips white as covering them in wrap was annoying me :p
And I have colour coded the side strips, which I love!
And I have put on the alloy wheels as the other wheels were doing my head it...
Subscribed! Same as mine, but not a DCi. Colour coding side strips makes the world of difference and some 172 alloys will tidy it up nicely! I might colour code my spoiler too...
Hey!
I have a problem with some alloys that I have recently bought. They were cheap however they have started to bubble up quite significantly. What is the best way to fix this? My thoughts were to cover it in nitromoors and take it back to metal, then respray? Is that the best way?
Hi all,
As I'm always on here I thought I might as well add my project to the pile. Here she is, £1700 she set me back, which is not bad considering the age and that she had only done 59k!
I thought I would keep it standard to keep the sell on value, but my boy racer side got the better of...
Yep, top of dash to get to the connections, and apparently its whether the car is pre-equipped for the fogs, but thats the renault lottery! a good way of telling is a whether there is a spare spot in the fuse box for them, i don't know where, but thats all i know :( i did see something though...
Just dug a bit deeper, apparently it's harder than it looks, even if the loom is behind the fogs, depending on how the car is pre set u determines whether or not the wiring is in the dash board. NIGHTMARE!
Hi all,
I have just bought myself a 04 plate non sport with blanking caps in the front bumper, i'd love to put some fogs, any ideas how easy it is?
Is all the wiring there and it is as simple as popping them in?
Thanks, Toby
I know the feeling about wanting a newer car, i just dont fancy paying out a load for it to get scratched up or damaged it would kill me :L i'd love to see it all debadged and stuff
I know that's why i've been struggling for ideas but pinching a few from other projects ;) will be keeping a close eye on these
Get you with the standards ;) is yours a project or are you just showing off :L
i will start my project thread in the next few days :)
Ah cool what bulb is it for the licence plate bulb, i really want an ice white one ;), definitely looking at the dual optics and HIDs, were they easy to fit and where did you get that?
Callum, how much have you spent roughly on the dual optics, bulbs and rear lights, i need some better front lights and defo bulbs but maybe not the phase 2 lights not sure yet :L
Cheers guys sounds good, however i'm a little short of cash at the moment, any other cheaper ideas that will improve the look until i can get these lush seats?
Hey guys :) this is my first post so i hope it's alright
I was wondering if anybody could help me change the interior of my 1999 Mk2 Clio. i'm bored of the fabric blue seats and grey trim..
I was just wondering if anybody knew how easy it would be to reupholster the seats with another fabric...
