Any ideas? We really wanted cable but it's not installed in our new house.
Looking for the following:
Internet: At least 2MB and at least 40GB data-transfer per month.
Phone: Not too fussed, but free evening and weekend calls would be nice
TV: Not bothered either way, will probably...
Popped down to Thruxton today for the BTCC quali, Clio Cup pictures are here, but here are a few BTCC and other support race photos...

A day of firsts for me, Thruxton (strange as it's only 35 minutes down the road), British Touring Cars, and also seeing the new Clio Cup series for the first time.
It all started so well...
and then...
and because we all loves flames and 3...
Black 182 ending with ELM, Thursday or Friday evening coming back from Chippenham (towards Trowbridge), pulled out to overtake despite a car coming head on, then tried to swerve in but obviously we were right there. Hit the brakes hard to let him back in and thankfully we all got away from a...
No crash pics, but I tried out a few different spots yesterday and enjoyed some very competitive racing...
Castle Combe Saloon Car Championship
Castle Combe Special GT Championship
Formula Ford
Tour de Combe

Both spotted today at the Combe, tidy Black Ph1 172 (pretty rare sight) and a Monaco 172 in Quarry Car Park.
I came home after the biggest crash possibly ever witnessed at Combe (Simon Norris in his Evo, crashed with one of the other Evos, both drivers ok I believe but the new pit-lane...
Ive been working on these when I've had a few spare minutes now and again lately, as I seem to get quite a few requests so figured I may as well bunch them all together...

What are the popular desktop res sizes these days? I've been making a few wallpapers up and I've no idea what is what these days, I use 1280x1024 which I assume is from the Babbage days compared to most of you, is widescreen the norm?
In amongst all the legendary Group B beasts and modern WRC stuff was this insane Clio at Rallyday yesterday, properly quick - and not just Clio-quick, but one of the fastest cars of the day full-stop quick...
Loads more here and I will put a few favourites in General Media...
I noticed an article tucked away in the latest Evo regarding Renault's latest attempt at Four Wheel Steering ('4WS') which they've branded 'Active Drive'. The Evo team understandably seemed a little sceptical at first, but after trying it out on the latest Laguna they said...

Me and Matt182 had a late afternoon jaunt around the Wiltshire countryside (and Industrial Estates) today in his Liquid Yellow R27. After shooting 4 silver cars over the past couple of months it was nice to have a bit of colour to work with...

After spectating at other points around the circuit for the past few years I've been at Quarry pretty much all this season and have therefore seen more than my fair share of crashes (probably 50+), despite having my camera in hand all the time I have never actually been quick enough to catch...
After giving us Setanta Sports for free completely out of the blue, I noticed yesterday that they've now also unlocked the complete 'Music on Demand' section for XL subscribers. Spent hours on there, hundreds and hundreds of vids and quite a few full concerts thrown in as well.
Anything else...
Following on from the Clio stuff, here are some of the other cars from Eurofest. Not too many as I was concentrating on the Clios for most of the day.

Been a good month for Cliosport stuff to photograph for me, had the superb Airfield day a few weeks back and now Eurofest. Relatively small turnout from the SW boys and girls but a great day anyhow, fantastic weather and some stunning cars out on track. As usual the morning seesions were pretty...
Spent a very hot day at Castle Combe today, didn't bother with too many pics but got a few of the Astons and a few others. One of the few N24s in existence was racing, gorgeous car and amazing sound...

Another superb Airfield day (my 6th) over and done with. Weather was stunning, track was in the best condition I can remember (not much dust, moss etc) and we just about got a reasonable number of cars in the end.
Anyhow, pics below, now I've got a good sharp lens you can see many peoples...

Not sure what any of these are or what the hell was going on today really, but they were fast, a bit scary (some nasty crashes) and pretty loud. I think I was the only one there not in leathers, covered in tattoos or with my shirt off, but I enjoyed my first time taking pics of racing bikes...
Spotted Mr. Spaced driving a Liquid Yellow R27 along the road from Platinum to the Trading Estate on Tuesday morning (I think), taking it for a nice clean I assume?
Looked stunning anyhow.
Whilst everyone was at FCS I was a busy lad at Castle Combe photographing the Summer Racing Festival. Britcar and Formula Palmer Audi were the headliners, but the racing in the other series was just as entertaining as well...
I was fortunate enough to see some of the best racing I've seen all year at Castle Combe yesterday, unbelievably close racing...
The Minis in particular were fantastic. These 4 never had more than a second between them for the whole race, 1st to 4th had 0.73 seconds between them when they...
Went for the first time today, in a word - awesome! Far too much to do in a day so I enjoyed the hill climb action and rally stage and missed most other things, didn't even really get around to seeing much static stuff. Will be going for two days next year! By the time I had left a Nissan...
I need a new motherboard so I can update my processor. The following are required...
- Support for AGP graphics
- SATA

Any ideas on a good combo? Don't want to spend much (£100-150 max for mobo and CPU) and really want to...
Why does it matter yadda yadda yadda. Well it was an entertaining thread a few months back, and at the time a few moaners said 'post the figures in a few months when they are actually meaningful'.
Here goes...

Anyone seen this? Mind-blowing stuff imo, good to see what the future of photography/web is going to look like, the Notre Dame section near the end is amazing.

A few nice cars out on track today, the 172 Cup was insanely quick (appeared to lap most cars in his session) and the general driving standard seemed pretty good for an action day. Bit hot for me though, if it isn't raining it's stupidly hot at Combe, never an inbetween. Ended up watching more...
