Took off the recirculating valve, took about 5 minutes and now it sounds much better again, the chattering followed by the pop from the exhaust is addictive once more:D

Nasty b******s wasps. On a bad note, i found a tasty rust hole in my rear wheel arch today, only small so i will cut it out on my week off. I filled the void behind the rear quarter with insulation today too hopefully cancel some droning/road noise.

Unsure if i can run the nissan now as i have cracked my manifold, and it still needs mapping....sigh.
