there is a rubber grommet that it slots into in the corner, cant remember the connector colour off hand. I think ive got a couple of pumps on the shelf, from a ph2 ph1 and ph2 alike but i think theyre the same, let me know if you want one.

seriously though mate, clean up all the throttle body etc and change the oil now, and possibly the plugs as its probably been running really rich.
which one is worth having?, when i do use it for the business it will be mainly for making sure compatibility of the used parts for when customers order, and would be nice to know the renault retail price on the part.
you hear them called a slip ring quite a lot mainly because of older cars with just the horn using it and it used to be a copper ring that the connectors slipped over while still making contact.
if its the same part number the price can't be different. I could appreciate it might be a different part number and still work but it won't be the same part number and a different price.
