Is disconnecting the battery really necessary? Starting it once a week and letting it run a while would be enough to keep it from going flat no? Or am I missing something?

Have to say that im not the biggest fan of this. Its alright, but I prefer my forza's on the racetracks as a realistic driving game. Might wait till it comes down in price though. That is ridiculous about the pricing though!

While were on the subject of gearbox oil, how much does the 182 gearbox need?

Re: Inferno 182 Fitted new brakes on the front at the weekend. They were quite badly needed! The old discs were like a ploughed park! I decided to go for the HC brembo discs and ferodo DS2500 pads from G172 on here (once again cheers for the great service) Now the brakes feel quite a bit...

No need for a lighter really. The heat from the exhaust should be enough.

Let the car run a little while to get a bit of heat in the exhaust. Should make it easier to remove the lambda. Just make sure its not too hot :p

Re: Inferno 182 Cheers man. They were taken on Hill of Towie. If you go out the mulben road, then cut across to Drummuir at the distillery, youll go right past that bit.

Re: Inferno 182 Gave the clio a good cleaning one weekend. De-tarred, claybarred, polished then waxed with collinite 476s. A very good product, and still fairly easy to work with. I never took any before pics as I never really had the time, but there was tar everywhere. All good now though :D...

Hello all, just away to fit my decat. So does the 182 use two lambdas? Pre cat and after cat? If so I guess sleeving the after cat lambda will stop the engine light from coming on? Worked on my saxo anyway

Is there a centre cap which will fit these alloys? I tried a speedline one off my chrono's for the rallye, but it didn't fit. It was sticking on something and wouldn't go all the way in. Any ideas?

Re: Inferno 182 I wouldn't mind a lovely OMP wheel, just I want to keep the cruise control as it is very handy! Looked at 197 wheels on ebay earlier, and they do look good so we shall see what happens. Wind deflectors on these. Yay or nay? I was also thinking about painting the bullets...
