Not read the whole thing but have you had hoses go yet on yours? mines on 111k and the main coaolant pipe split so i've ordered a full set of samcos as the others can't be too healthy either. also one of the rear shock had gone so changed that for the rears...
Yours looks great but mines got running issues and can't be driven till parts turn up which kind of puts you off it. in about three months of owning it i must of driven it for no more than eight hours. plus it doesn't live up to my old one :(

you can change to spring with standard dampers i just wouldn't reccomend going lower than 40mm as after this it does start to wear the damper at a higher rate
you would have got that figure from throttle bodies hardly seems worth the hassle. all in my opinion but i just don't see how you can justify all the extra expenses.
