what cable you using to connect the dvd out of interest? b4 i used hdmi to connect my dvd to the lcd, the quality was pretty shite...

i paid 777 delivered for the samsung LE32R74BDX from buy electrical direct, cheapest place i could find it give or take a few quid cracking TV and the picture quality is really good with the Samsung HD850 upscaling dvd player, using HDMI

i have put a 15 gig ide HD in to keep windows and my programs seperate from my tunes etc so i now have xp up and running on the ide, is it possible then to get the sata drive running from xp? thanks

it seems to all be booting up fine, ive set it to boot from the cdrom first and trying to install windows xp, it goes thru the setup, then says there is no HD installed? im using a 200gb seagate barracuda via serial ata, this is the first time ive used this interface so im not really up on it...
