Nope, dont think there is a part number on these so no real Renault Replacement. Think they are put on at factory. However a good sticker place should be able to get them replicated if needed (Copyright permitting)

But in answer to your question, yes they can be filled up, a few people have done so on here.

Cheaper to get a 172 bumper, saves you having to fill up the holes.

They are good. It does take some force as they are clipped in well !! Worse case you break it they are really cheap from scrappy and pretty cheap from Renault. Mine took some doing to pop out. Just how its designed.

Yes that will work. Or you can try and get ur hand behind it (under bumper) and try pushing it. Quite hard to get to from the back due to bumper impact protection.
