You can have an MOT done WHENEVER you like. The 1 month before rule is so that they can credit you the extra days that are left onto your new MOT. So effectivley a 13month MOT.
But you can have one done whenever, and it will last a year from that date.
Now in anycase, if yours had been...
Nope, dont think there is a part number on these so no real Renault Replacement.
Think they are put on at factory.
However a good sticker place should be able to get them replicated if needed (Copyright permitting)

Or you could get yourself an Alpine with USB capability and add the bluetooth unit. But you will end up with more boxes/cables.
Nop!
The ph1 had colour
The ph2 172 came with grey/silver
The ph2 182 came with same grey/silver but the seats had silver backing which appears like dots.
Dunno where they are getting blue from? Williams lol ?
Looks ace.
But the left pipe is facing up and right is facing slightly down.
Id say the left one is defective!
Are they adjustable?...if not id be unhappy with the finish. (should be welded straight)
Should be in the front page of the service book normally.
Where the keycode etc is printed.

This morning (Sun) on Hollyhead Road about 10am.
Black 172 with rear tow hook and tow sticker. Looked low as well.
Think you were stook talking to a sales rep....
I asked VOSA to test my standard front window on my old clio.
Came out at 28.8% standard. (30% is the limit)
I had a very light tint on the front, measuring in total 38% but still had to get it removed (had it on 4years!!)
It was very light so never had any problem. Didnt get a fine or...
They are good.
It does take some force as they are clipped in well !!
Worse case you break it they are really cheap from scrappy and pretty cheap from Renault.
Mine took some doing to pop out. Just how its designed.
Yes that will work.
Or you can try and get ur hand behind it (under bumper) and try pushing it. Quite hard to get to from the back due to bumper impact protection.
Yoy do know that it is not a Cat 1 alarm once the remote start is fitted?
As per post below, taken from a Thatcham forum rep:
I’m sorry, but you don’t seem to be grasping the Thatcham Criteria that's in question here at all.
I’ve studided the Thatcham criteria again today and confirmed this...
Shame :(
* The code is normally on the first page of the service book. Printed on a label with other car details.
If not, then Matt black offers a code service, think its stickied somewhere on the forum. (small fee to charity)
I think that was the one.
Odd thing on the import. Unless it is one.
There is a flame red 172 with sat nav in sale section. Dont think plate is listed. PM the seller, maybe able to help :)
