Yup, only the POLICY HOLDER gets to keep the NCB earned. The named driver can have it as long as they stay with DLine, but when you move away it becomes null and void as the policy holder will keep it.
Id suggest looking at the following in that case:

Rear Wheels

If its loose it will rattle around the heatshield area.
When the handbrake is off, obviously they slacken up.If too slack it can cause a mettalic rattle. (dont overtighten them tho)
