Its just a round exhaust clamp. Most places sell them. Nothing special about them, just need the right size for the exhaust.

New clamp from Renault Some Exhaust Paste Then do as you have mentioned. Get a nice seal of exhaust paste, put some in the clamp also to give it a nice seal when you tighten it up.

Thats wrong. You had accumilated 4 years. From the date your last insurance expired. You should have 2 years to re-use them IIRC. After 2 years you would loose them all.

Yup seems like a pedal position sensor fault. New pedal time.

It can do if it keeps registering the fault. New pedals are roughly £75, they come as a sealed unit. Have you had it cleared? May have just been a one off fault.
