Mcbunny can you even get a laptop with quadro cards? My desktop here at work has an FX1300 I think. I presumed that having a decent graphics card would help when 3d modelling.
David I was shocked when I saw it, couldn't find much on google about the laptop versions. It's just a std sized...
I'm about to upgrade my laptop. I've specced a DUAL SLI 512MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8800GTX. Does anyone know what performance is like and if it's a complete waste?
It's either that or dual go8700m gt.
Laptop is used for CAD work, office and gaming.
Paid £5000 for mine 15 months ago, since had cambelt changed and it's about to be serviced. Only other expense has been a new exhaust. Mine was priced quite well and i've only really had one unexpected bill.
Thats the way I used to do it, but tried the canon software and it was brilliant. Plug the camera in and it automatically puts all photos in folders in date order.
Looks like I'm going back to using windows explorer then.
Just got my new camera and switched to using the Nikon software. TBH I prefer the canon EOS utility. I can't get the nikon software to do what I want. Before, each days photos were downloaded in new seperate folders. The Nikon software just dumps all the photos in one file. Anyway around this...
I use it to talk when my hands aren't free at my desk, well I did until this phone as it's not loud enough.
Don't worry I don't walk down the street listening to it!
When I bought my phone this time, the first thing I looked for was decent battery life after suffering with an O2 XDA IIi and then Nokia N80. The XDA did everything but battery barely lasted 2 days with light usage. The N80 was woeful as well. It wouldn't last a weekend without having to be...
I think core 2 duos are more efficient and run cooler, for general windows use, web browsing i'd imagine that the laptop in the link would be more than adequate. Just check out the quality of the display before you buy, I've seen some shocking cheap laptop screens.
Having an amp with with HDMI inputs and outputs would be the easiest method. Depends on how much you have to spend. I've watched a film being played on an earlier sony amp with HDMI and I was impressed by it.
The one in you link looks good.
Either run the HDMI into an amp and then back out into the screen or use the optical out on the PS3 into an amp or surround sound system and the HDMI straight into the back of the screen.
Go to your local friendly powdercoater, ask for some of there special masking tape. Mask the inside. Get it powdercoated. It'll be fine.
If it does go pop, this post maybe deleted.;)
I'm sure someone posted on here saying that Microsoft have one in development.
I'm going to wait another 6 months before taking the plunge for a Hi def player.
When I bought the trophy I wasn't actually interested in a new car. I was killing time waiting for mates to get to the pub. Saw the car in the showroom, sat in it, put a deposit down. Picked it up brand new a week later.
Current 172 was bought after wanting the trophy back and this one coming...
My brothers has been screwed on and off for the past 9 months. They have refunded him 5 months payments for the broadband. Most of the time he can't connect or when he can it's like being on dial up.
Whilst at his this weekend the service was down. They don't seem to want to do anything about...
You have been lucky Mark. Mcbunny i'd be annoyed to lose even £50 just because Microsoft have decided to back a different horse, which forces me to spend again.
There was always going to be a loser.
