Check the gearbox has enough oil in it. Does it happen when the engines/gearbox has bene going for some time ie the oils warm? Did you use the right or semi right gear oil spec wise?

The ECU on your car in in the center of the engine bay at the back of the engine as such check the metal cover ontop of it and all the fuses and relays near the battery

Always replace both sie. £100 or so from Renault for a set. Try replace it ASAP its there for a reason and willget rid of the problem. Its just good practice to fix cars when there broken.

You cna just leave it the light should go off in time. Or as said any garage with a computer can clear the fault code and the light.

V6 will always win s speeds climbe thoug as the power realy will start to make its difference as power to wieight don't matter as much as speeds build.

most people who have the diagrams won't send them on due to there source. Just strip it down yourself your wires/relays are probably corroded not miss wired.

Not of the top of me head it has been posted before last time i remember it was 16V_jon who posted them. 172 Mk2 phase 2 has the shortest ratios of the cars but do you need a speedo sensor as a normal 172 phase 2 don'rt have a gearbox speedo sensor the Cup does though.

It is often people forget or loose it though.

The 182 uses a bolted in circlip or something I forget exactly but its better any gearbox specilaist should know how to do it. The 1.2 box is supposed to be quite good strenght wise not sure about for rallying though.

As said its down to driver but one Trophy driver did seem bit slow didn't get far away from me realy. i forget which one it was they'll know though.

Kit car is one idea a bit ligther than that though thinking more go cart sized. Never realy been into the big CC lark or the retro looks.
